I totally need to figure out how to get pictures off my digital camera and into the computer (again!), so I can send pictures to my family. It's been about 4 months since they've seen Zoe. She hasn't changed that much, as in her face is still the same, but in other ways she's changed a lot. She's 10 months old, and working on making her fourth tooth appear!
I got to see my very good friend Rebeckah last night after not seeing her for two years. She flew in from Oregon for her sister's wedding, and we got to hang out a bit in her hotel room, with Zoe of course. It was awesome to be able to reconnect with her.
I didn't feel like making my own coffee this morning, so I grabbed the kids and we drove to Dunkin Donuts for their coffee. I also had a muffin, but didn't get anything for the kidlets. They ate donuts yesterday, and we have perfectly good food at home. I probably shouldn't have gotten that muffin, it was a spontaneous decision. I did share some of it with Lilly, though. While I was out, I also dropped a couple of letters into a mailbox. Yes, I know the mailman would have picked them up at our home also, but for some reason I get more satisfaction out of dropping mail into those neat little mailboxes.
We're not planning anything special for today. I need to get more schooling done with Christopher, and will work on another reading lesson with Lilly.
I'm hoping to find some time today to continue knitting that sock for Zoe. It's my third attempt at getting the right size. Oh well, at least I now have a couple of new baby gifts for people, since the two pairs I already finished are too small for Zoe. See? I totally need to get some pictures up...
Zoe is getting a bit cranky, and my coffee is nearly finished. I'm going to get started on my day then!
